Mantras are a useful tool to help you to focus on a particular quality or area of life. These mantra beads can be used during meditation to help you stay focused on your mantra. Each strand of mantra beads contains either 54 (8mm) or 108 (6mm) beads. 108 is the sacred number that is used for mantra meditation. The mantra should be repeated 108 times or in multiples of 108.
